It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eloise McKenzie (Bastrop, Louisiana), born in Lake Providence, Louisiana, who passed away on March 13, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fletcher and Winnie Smith Gardner; and her brother Leon Fletcher. She is survived by: her daughter Pam Amacker; her son-in-law Bobby Amacker of Lake Providence, Louisiana; her son Dolphus "Bubba" McKenzie; her daughter-in-law Mary Anne McKenzie of Monroe, Louisiana; her son David McKenzie; her daughter-in-law Susan McKenzie of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; her daughter Bridget Leihr of West Monroe, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Scott McKenzie, Katherine Meredith (Scott), AnnaKatherine Wherren (Dan), Beth Amacker, McKenzie Halford (Brock), Corey Thomas (Brigette) and Jordan Thomas (Chelsea); and her great grandchildren, Hugo Thomas, Francessa Thomas, Jenna Kate McKenzie, Parker McKenzie, Jude Meredith, Jase Meredith, Leihr Bahreini, Rob Amacker, Wilby Wherren, Wyeth Wherren and Hartley Halford.
