He was predeceased by: his parents, Loretta Wentworth Collins and James Campbell Collins; and his brothers, James Campbell Collins, Jr. and John Michael Collins. He is survived by: his sister Mollie Collins Dunn (Phillip); his niece Amy Bickley Latham (Scott) of Monroe, LA.; his nephews, Christopher Louis Bickley of Monroe, LA., John Michael Collins (Stacy) of New Orleans, LA. and David Campbell Collins (Rachel) of Shreveport, LA; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Natalie Bickley, Christopher Bickley, Jacob Bickley, Lucas Bickley, Lauren Latham, Anna Marie Latham, Ava Latham, Claire Collins, Madeline Collins and Campbell Collins.
