He was predeceased by: his parents, W. T. Winnon and Willie Winnon; and his siblings, Otis, Troy, Jessie, Steve and Rachel.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Winnon; his children, Jacque Winnon Burchfield, Kelly Winnon, Jeff Wilmore, Jackie Wilmore and Jarred Wilmore; his sisters, Mae Mardis and Lillian Atkins; and his grandchildren, Brannon Smith, Holly Blom, Caroline Hughes, Haleigh Hatley, Clay Thomas Winnon, Lindzay Wilmore, Emily Anthony, Jourdan Ford, Morgan Eppinette and Drake Wilmore. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and his beloved dog, Buddy.
