She was predeceased by: her husband Troy J. Fox; her parents, Olen B. Winfrey and Verna Winfrey; her brothers, Elmer Winfrey, O. B. Winfrey and Gus Winfrey; her great grandchild Dalton Ligon; her daughter-in-law Elaine Fox; and her grandson Denny Ligon.
She is survived by: her children, Drusilla Fox Lay (Bobby), Dennis Fox and Ardalia Fox Ligon (Larry); and her grandchildren, Jason Knight, Shanda Ligon Harris (Jamie), Billy Ligon, Denise Clayton, Kenneth Zavadel and Bobby Lay. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
