He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lee Cheney and Lorena Myrtle Thomas Cheney; his wife Connie Frances Cheney; his children, William Todd Cheney (Leslie Michelle Cheney) of Birmingham, Ala, Sharon Renee Cobb (Cary Cobb) of Plano Texas and Jan Denise Wetmore (Larry Wetmore) of Grapevine, Texas; and his grandchildren, Brantly Parker Cheney, Morgan Michelle Cheney and Logan Parker Wetmore.
