He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue; his children, Robbie Carroll (Ricky), Crystal McDonald, James Berry Middlebrooks (Keri) and Derrick Gus Middlebrooks; his siblings, Vickey Reynolds (Bailey), Laura Hunter, Johnnie Middlebrooks (Deloice) and Roger Middlebrooks; his grandchildren, Juanita Carroll, Michael Grantham, Justin Carroll, Berry Carroll (Cicily), Matthew Carroll, Caleb McDonald, Austin McDonald, McKenzee Riles, Jarrett McDonald, Brittany Middlebrooks, Damon Martin, Jacob Middlebrooks, Kirkland Middlebrooks, Megan Huntsman, Kason Middlebrooks and Dakota Middlebrooks; his great grandchildren, Cambry, Gavyn, Ethan Grantham, Khloee, Lennon, Rowyn, Spencer and Brailynn Carroll; and his sister-in-law Jewel Ruth. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
