He was predeceased by: his former wives, Myrna Cummins and Margaret Cummins; his parents, Jim Cummins and Bonnie Cummins; his brother Charles Cummins; and his grandson Jordan Heckford.
He is survived by: his wife Lana Cummins; his daughters, Paula Morrison (Tony) and Penny Montcalm (Monty); his sister Helen Shockey (Cleo); his sister-in-law Shirley Cummins; his grandchildren, Micah Heckford, Zeb Montcalm (Carly), Jacob Morrison (Tara) and Josh Morrison (Cara); and his great grandchildren, Kerrigan Tatum, River Heckford, Easton Morrison, Caylor Morrison, Harper Morrison, Keith Smith (Tammie), Kevin Smith, Brian Smith (Connie) and Ken Smith (Trish). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Cherry Ridge Baptist Church at 1005 Cherry Ridge Rd., Bastrop, LA 71220.
