She is survived by: her husband Dr. Ed Zakrzewski; her daughters, Tammy Mozey and Melanie Godfrey (Todd); her stepchildren, Suzanne Roberts, Bruce Zakrzewski and David Zakrzewski; her grandchildren, Brittany Mozey, Brooke Mozey, Devin Godfrey and Megan Godfrey; and her stepgrandchildren, Matthew Roberts, Kera Roberts and Nathan Zakrzewski.
