He is survived by: his brother Gregory Charles Mays; his niece Tanganyika Mays; his siblings, Glenda Mays Jenkins (Ray Dean), Janice Mays Jones (Randy), Vivian Mays Brown (Don), Lesa Quade of Flint, Michigan, Richmond Mays Jr., Roy Stokes and Anthony Mays (Rashni); and his sons, Ladarrius Tyron White and Kilwa Jones. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
