She is survived by: her mother Arvial Lee McIntyre of Oak Grove, Louisiana; her sister Joanie McIntyre of Lonoke, Arkansas; her daughter Phyllis Kittredge of Oklahoma City; her nieces, Brandi Eubanks (James) of Oak Grove, Louisiana and Madyson Ogg of Oak Grove; her nephew Wesley Ogg (Laken) of Bastrop, Louisiana; her grandchildren, April Crim (Scott) of Oklahoma City, Emily McCord of Oklahoma City, Nathan Harmon of Oklahoma City, Brooke Kittredge of Oklahoma City and Frankie Kaminski (Debbie) of Oklahoma City; her great grandchildren, Riley Weber of Oklahoma City, Charlotte Crim of Oklahoma City, Isaac Crim of Oklahoma City, Ainsley McCord of Oklahoma City and Mason Mulligan of Oklahoma City; her niece Britani Crook of Lonoke, Arkansas; her great-nephew Jaydon Crook of Lonoke; her great-nieces, Briana Amos of Lonoke and Leah Amos of Lonoke; and her cousin Debbie Morosin of Austin, Texas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
