He was predeceased by: his grandson Trapper Adkins; his parents, Loyd Leon Harrell (Estelle) and Evelyn Franklin (Frank); and his parents-in-law, George and Mae Musgrove.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Musgrove Harrell; his children, Belinda Harrell, David Harrell (Kim) and Donald Harrell (Paula); his siblings, Shirley Ann Leonard, James "Buddy" Harrell and Larry Harrell (Sharon); his grandchildren, Caleb Harrell, Skylar Harrell, Britt Harrell (Monica), Zack Harrell, Cameron Harrell and McKenzie Harrell; his great grandchildren, Spencer Harrell, Addison Rae, Sadi Blaine and Blake; and his brothers, Musgrove, Ronald Dement and Mike Dement.
