He is survived by: his wife Becky Ramphrey; his children, Leslie Blake, Chris Ramphrey and Jessie Ramphrey; and his grandchildren, Hunter Lusby, Chelsay Ramphrey, Ethan Windham, Breyden Windham, Christopher Ramphrey, Jr., Ty Ramphrey, Hannah Johnson, Christian Ross and Dillon Johnson. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
