She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Day and Ray Day; her brother Doug Day (Ann); her husband Max Neal Burroff; and her son-in-law Steve Coston.

She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Nugent (Bobby) and Neal Burroff (Shirley); and her grandchildren, Owen Coston (Kricket), Lee Coston (Susan), Jason Burroff (Alicia), Stephanie Carnes (Bryan) and Kim Crnkovic (Scott). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and a host of friends.
