She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Folds Buffington and Grover Buffington; her husband Daniel Webster McClain; her son John Wilbur McClain; her siblings, Laverne "Pete" Grant, Grover Buffington, Howard Buffington, Sr. and Billy Wayne Buffington; and her siblings-in-law, Jack Grant, Mary Tisdale Buffington, Thelma Wynn Buffington and Dorothy Wynn Buffington.
She is survived by: her son Daniel McClain, Jr.; her brother James E. Buffington; her sister-in-law Fritzie Peters Buffington; her brother Brady Jack; and her sister-in-law Wanda McClain. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
