He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy Elizabeth Perkins; his granddaughter Hannah Elizabeth Perkins; his parents, Charles Phillip and Lela Mae Burchfield; his stepmother Vida Burchfield; and his siblings, Charles Phillip Burchfield, Jr., Edward E. Burchfield and Mary Ann Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Mona M. Burchfield; his daughters, Rhonda B. Liming (Charles) and Joyce B. Oliver (Ronald); his grandchildren, Lori Liming, Cal Liming, Nelson Oliver, William Oliver and Kyle Perkins; and his siblings, Quenton Burchfield (Mattie), Raymond Burchfield, Michael Burchfield, Phyllis Wilkerson (David), Nancy Ingram, Sherry Moffett, Judy Danysh, Jo Kathy Gilbreath, Penny Brown and Teresa Blackmon.
