He was predeceased by: his parents, Honore Louis and Ozet Perot DeBlieux of Bastrop; and his wife Peggy Ray West DeBlieux of Bastrop. He is survived by: his siblings, Tina Stephenson of Charleston and Johnny DeBlieux (Wilma) of Bastrop; his close friends, Gene Mardis and Gerald Wallace; and also Vickie Morman.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Robert's memory can be made as a gift to Angie & Dan Bryan or to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
