She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Neal; and her parents, Edward Meeks and Della Meeks. She is survived by: her daughter Angelia Neal (Roger Lowery) of Bastrop; and her siblings, Bobbie J. Meeks of Monroe, Edward G. Meeks, Jr. (Melinda) of Tulsa, OK and Wanda Lou Meeks Burton (Michael) of Little Rock, AR. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
