He was predeceased by: his mother Evie Pennington Blake; and his grandchildren, Joshua and Brittany. He is survived by: his father Douglas Blake; his children, Shawnda Blake (Mac Papera) of Greenbriar, AR and Timothy Shawn Blake (Sherry Shaw) of Lincoln, ME; his stepmother Marie Blake of Crossett; his grandchildren, Timothy Blake, Jr., Melissa Blake, Jack and Brandon Papera; his great grandchildren, Atticus and Lily; and the mother of his children Rhonda Kellum of Conway, AR..
