It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertram F. Babers III (Baton Rouge, Louisiana), who passed away on December 5, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertram F. Babers Jr. and Vida Pelayo Babers; his son Michael Babers; and his sons-in-law, Jimmy Benton and Steve Parnell.

He is survived by: his wife Jerry Green; and his daughters, Lauri Dooley (Brian), Noël Parnell, Nancy Colia (Cliff) and Ellen Babers Ellis (Michael). He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren and five nieces and nephews.
