She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Hugh and JoAnn W. Pettit; and her husband Tony Teasley. She is survived by: her siblings, Julie P. Streat (Chuck), Jeff Pettit (Susan) and Chris Pettit (Carolynn); her half-siblings, David Pettit (Courtney), Stephen Pettit and Jennifer Pettit; her stepmother Phyllis L. Pettit; her stepbrother James Ellis (Sabrina); her siblings' children, JoAnn Babin, Olivia, Charlotte Streat, Anna, Claire Pettit, Leah Pettit, Michelle, Taylor Ellis, Chad Streat, Joey Pettit, Landon Pettit, Mason Pettit, Mathew, Malachi Wesley and Kyle Ellis; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Joseph, Liam, Abel Pettit, Jayden and Julianna Pettit.
