She was predeceased by: her husband Carl James LaPlace, Sr.; her parents, Leslie Hebert, Sr. and Claire Becnel Hebert; her grandsons, Clark Culberson and Jared LaPlace; and her brothers, Leslie Hebert and Cecil Hebert.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Culberson (Myron), Suzanne Landry (Bobby), Melanie Spedale (Darian), Carl LaPlace, Jr. (Bronwyn), Steve LaPlace and Tim LaPlace (Debbie); her grandchildren, Aimee, Jenee, Madeleine, Chase, Claire, Patrick, Gregory, Gabriel, Stacy, Rebecca, Robert, Courtney, Megan, Sarah and Candace; and her sisters-in-law, Corman Hebert and Jerline Hebert. She is also survived by 34 great-grandchildren.
