He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Edward Bosworth and Irma Moskau Bosworth. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Lafayette Bosworth; his children, Michael Edward Bosworth (Denise), Brett Richard Bosworth (Karen) and Jeffery John Bosworth (Timothy); his grandchildren, Steven Joseph, Rachel Klaassen, Allison Michelle, Adrianne Marie and Matthew Robert; and his siblings, Carolyn Bosworth Galendez and Bruce Lynn Bosworth.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to St. Jude Catholic Church.
