We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2018, at the age of 96, Florence Gordon (Baton Rouge, Louisiana), born in Mobile, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas L.; her son Douglas L. Gordon, Jr.; her parents, Albert Mountstephen Vine, Sr. and Agnes Louise McVoy Vine; and her brother Albert M. "Buddy" Vine, Jr..
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Betty; her nieces, Mary Ann and Jenny; her children, Pam Lauman (Paul), Stephen Gordon (Sheila) and Stewart Gordon (Cricket); and her grandchildren, Vanessa Bisaha (Trevor), Jeremy Gordon (Katie), Kyle Lauman, Colin Lauman, Emma Gordon, Olivia Gordon, Webster Gordon, Philip Gordon, Benjamin Gordon and Luke Gordon. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Baton Rouge, Sacred Heart Church, Catholic High School, Knock Knock Children's Museum or the charity of your choice.
