She is survived by: her children, Olivier Provosty Carriere II (Meredith), Christine Carriere Zazulak (Scott) and Beth Carriere Sullivan (Brian Freese); her siblings, Jo Ann Burkley (Dick), Sharla Doherty (Jim), Jean Phebus (Bernie), Marie Baxley (Bill), Gordon Prat (Paula), Michael Prat (Anne) and F. George Prat III (Patrice); and her grandsons, Olivier "Ike" Carriere III, James Carriere II, John Zazulak II (Margaret), Robert Zazulak, David Zazulak, Stephen Zazulak, Philip Zazulak, Mark Kingsmill, Conor Sullivan and Nicholas Sullivan. She is also survived by one great-granddaughter and numerous loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.
