He was predeceased by: his father Earl Wayne Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Medus Sullivan; his stepdaughters, Lindsey Junca and Kristina Harris; his siblings, Robert Sullivan, Keith (Sabrina Sullivan), Brian (Lisa Sullivan) and Dodie Stewart; his mother Margie Brenda Sullivan; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Baer, Katie Lynn and Jordyn Junca.
