It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Benedetto (Baton Rouge, Louisiana), who passed away on March 9, 2018, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Ernesto Benedetto; and her children, Aida Calderon of Round Rock, Beatriz Boyd (Phillip) of Round Rock, Ernesto Benedetto (Eva) of Laredo and Eduardo Benedetto of Baton Rouge. She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren and her 13 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations on Maria's name may be contributed to Meals on Wheels or the Alzheimer's Association.
