She was predeceased by: her parents, Jefferson Mouton of Lafayette and Marion Butler Mouton of Lafayette; her husband Felix Joseph "Gus" Blanchard; her son Jeff Paul Blanchard; and her sisters, Jackie Mouton Wallace and Nancy Mouton Noel.
She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Coyle; her grandchildren, Courtney Coyle McManus, Tom Coyle and Catherine Coyle; and also Gregory.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Academy of the Sacred Heart in Mickey's honor.
