She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Best Jr and Margaret Carruth Best. She is survived by: her children, Keith Turner (Ashley), Stacy Krebs, Matthew Lanzini and Tara Lanzini (Mitchell); her sister Melissa Best Higgins; and her significant other Jerome Thomassie. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to WBR Council on Aging or Frank H. Carruth III Fund in C/O WBR Museum.
