With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martin Corie of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, born in Alexandria, Louisiana, who passed away on October 28, 2020 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Finas Pleasant and Lois Strozier Corie; and his brothers, John Marvin and Michael James. He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his children, Martin Wesley Corie II (Jennifer Salgo), Emily Jewel, Lydia Pearl and Sarah Katelynn; his grandchild Liesel Alexandra; and his siblings, Harley (Pat Corie) and Betty (Ardis Wilson). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Martin's memory to "Grace & Truth Fellowship Church", care of C. Dietrich, 12663 Bristol Ave, Baton Rouge, LA 70815.
