He is survived by: his wife Paula Kay Wiggins; his daughters, Laura Wroten (Ray) and Julie Shertzer (Ted); his siblings, Robert Wiggins, Pat Sasser and Cheryl Wiggins; his grandchildren, Amy Smith and Timothy Shertzer; and his great grandchildren, Mila Smith and Harper Smith.
