She is survived by : her husband Dennis Akin; her siblings, Dorothy Mercer (Tommy), Darlene Smith (Mike), Charlene Evans (Billy Joe), Charles Ates (Doris), Edward Ates (Ann), Roy Ates and Wayne Ates (Leisa); and her sister-in-law Carline Ford.
