He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennett Mullins and Eunice Mullins; his wife Maria "Lu" Mullins; his children, Benny Larry Mullins and Tammy Angela Mullins; and his brothers, Andrew Mullins and Cecil Mullins.
He is survived by: his daughters, Theresa Mullins Low (Walt), Audrianna Mullins and Christina Mullins Breaux (Blake); his grandchildren, Ashley Oglesby (Stephanie) and Hazel Breaux; and his brother Phil Mullins (Janice). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
