He is survived by: his parents, Rozuanda Youngblood (Deacon William) and Elder Christopher Matthews, Sr. (Lachante); his daughter A'Nylah Matthews; his grandmother Rosetta Burrell; his siblings, Krystle Matthews, Courtney Matthews, Morgan Youngblood, Chrislyn Matthews, Tyrandis Crosby, Preston Spikes, Christian Matthews, Crishun Matthews, Wildarius Smith, Darius Magee, Laterra Youngblood-Hammond (Jermel) and Larreshia Cooley (Davyonu); his aunts and uncles, Stephanie Spikes (Ernest), Kimberly Nichols, Robyn Sheridan (T'Arny), Yolanda Price (Horace), Vanessa Matthews, Tonica Johnson Josephine (Gerald), Onia Youngblood, Etta Bell, Darris Sartin (Karona), Acquanis Burrell, Bobby K. Sartin, Nevers Nichols, Jerry Crumedy (Sherry) and Damorrial Causey (Whitney); his sisters, Elizabeth Owens and Rheagan Douglas; and his nieces and nephews, Timia Matthews, Harley Crosby, Raeghan, Elise Pack, Deonta Youngblood, Deundre Youngblood, Bryson Hammond and Nicholas Hammond.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mary's Chapel Um Church (63343 Par Rd 420, Angie, LA 70426).
