She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Joseph Branton and Alma F. Pitts Branton; her husband Billy Ray Parker; her children, Donald Ray Stewart, Albert Joseph Stewart, Jr., Alice Degen and Betty Watson; and her siblings, Howard Branton, A. J. Branton, Herndon Branton, Henrietta Bell, Lennie Wheat and Rosamond Williams.

She is survived by : her daughters, Kathleen Wheat of Bogalusa, LA, Alicia Wilson (Re'Naz) of Bogalusa, LA and Kimberly Aguilar (Cesar) of Baton Rouge, LA. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home and Crematory (216 Alabama Ave, Bogalusa, LA 70427). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 11:45 AM at the Plainview Baptist Church Cemetery (55179 LA-60, Bogalusa, LA 70427).
