She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Stillwell Pruett and Nell Dorothy Lloyd Pruett; her sister Donna Gail Rawls; her niece Wendy Rawls Westbrooks; and her brother Roland "Ronnie" Stillwell Pruett, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Anne Levinson; her grandson Eli Malcolm Calhoun; her former husband Bill Levinson; and her close friends, Sandy Putman and Michele Duet.
