He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde R. Hill and Christine Upchurch Hill; his daughter Charlette Downing; and his brothers, Troy Hill, Daniel Hill and Bobby Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Hill; his children, Kim Dixon (Winfried) and Randy Hill (Robin); his grandchildren, Julie Grant Pennington (Travis), Colton Hill (Ashlie), Hannah Hill Howard (DJ) and Heather Grace Hill Cunningham (Mark); his great grandchildren, Knox Hill, Asher Pennington, Avery Hill, Charlie Grace Pennington and Francis Howard; and his siblings, Caleb Hill (Linda), David Hill (Jane) and Margaret Stephenson. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the The Pentecostals of Bossier City (2833 Viking Dr, Bossier City, LA 71111). A celebration of life was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
