We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2025, at the age of 81, Deacon Donald Ray McGuire (Shreveport, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Deacon Donald may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Deacon Donald touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the New Bethel Baptist Church (3300 Greenwood Rd, Shreveport, LA 71109). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bossier Missionary Baptist Church (809 Hamilton Rd, Bossier City, LA 71111).
