She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Pedro and Concetta Danice Tamiggi Pedro; her husband Jack G. Bassett; and her siblings, Philip Pedro, Nat Pedro, Nick Pedro, Sam Pedro, Jr., Margaret Jorgenson, Sara Bobbin and Alice Kent.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Bassett Dillingham (Scott), Paula Bassett McFarland (Gayer) and Donna Bassett Bowden; her grandchildren, Krysta McFarland Hallmark (Chris), Heather Bowden Farrington (Michael), Gayer McFarland III (Mandy) and Patrick Bowden; and her great grandchildren, Lily, Maddy, Vivy McFarland, Harrison Hallmark, Caroline and Wyatt Farrington.
The family suggests memorials may be made to St. Joseph Hospice of Shreveport, 8950 East Kings Hwy, Shreveport 71115, or a charity of your choice.
