He was predeceased by: his parents, Dionisio Santiago-Lebron and Hipolita Santiago-Melendez; his wife Yolanda Santiago-Rosado; his son Larry Manuel Santiago; and his siblings, Marcelina Rivera and Ramon L. Santiago.
He is survived by: his daughters, Catherine Santiago and Marta Hernandez; his grandchildren, Amanda Hernandez and Larry Hernandez; and his siblings, Antonio "Tony" Santiago, Luz E. Tosado (Santos Tosado), Gladys Santiago (Osvaldo Figueroa), Julia Santiago, Judy Alvarez (Gabriel Alvarez) and Maria Velez.
Memorials may be made in honor of Pedro "Pete" Santiago-Melendez to a Military foundation of your choosing.
