She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Augustus and Laura Allen; and her child Kennetta Franklin Sylve. She is survived by : her husband Frank L. Franklin, Sr.; and her children, Frank L. Franklin, Jr., Lional Franklin and Todd Franklin, Sr.. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
