He was predeceased by : his parents, Be Nguyen and Thy Dang; and his son Tu Van Nguyen. He is survived by : his wife Cuc Thi Nguyen; his children, Jannette Hai Thi Diep (William-Long Bao), Ba Van Nguyen (Hang Hoang) and Tuan Minh Nguyen (Nhu Quynh); and his grandchildren, Mathew Bao Nguyen, Kaitlyn Ngoc Nhi Nguyen and Haley Linh Nguyen.
