With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Guidry Angelle of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, born in Lafayette, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 11, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Guidry and Cleven Guidry; her brother Earl Guidry (Earline); and her husband Larry Angelle. She is survived by: her children, Gina Trahan (Jean), Rocks Ann Searcy (Stephen), Lorie John Angelle (Sharon) and Tricia Trosclair (Toby); and her sister Patricia Leger.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Pellerin Funeral Home - Breaux Bridge (211 Berard St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517). A rosary will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the St. Bernard Catholic Church (204 N Main St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517). A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at the St. Bernard Cemetery No. (204 N Main St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Joseph's H (https://www.stjosephhospicefoundation.org) ospice or the Carpenter House in appreciation of their compassionate care.
