She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Jacques and Lucille Guilbeau Jacques; her grandparents, Mathile Walker, Augustin and Pauline Guillot Jacques; her brothers, Jerry Louis Jacques and Richard James Jacques; and her brother-in-law Nolan Segura.
She is survived by: her husband Curtis Joseph LeBlanc of Breaux Bridge; her sisters, Mildred Jacques Segura of New Iberia and Lucy Jacques Persky (Bill) of Jasper, AL; and her pets, Frosty and Bandy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
