He was predeceased by: his wife Genevieve R. Latiolais; his son Jimmy D. Latiolais; his son-in-law Aaron W. Mertz; his parents, Florent Latiolais and Bella Latiolais; and his brothers, Levy Latiolais, Benoit Latiolais, Howard Latiolais and Raymond Latiolais.
He is survived by: his pet Honey; his children, Sharon L. Mertz, Yvette M. Latiolais, Eddie J. Latiolais and Jeanese L. Raymond (Aaron); his grandchildren, Grant A. Mertz (Esther Tyree), Valerie C. Mertz (Brandon J. Credeur), Riley L. Latiolais, Nickolas P. Carriere and Alysse G. Carriere; his great grandchildren, Mia R. DesOrmeaux, Grayson D. Credeur and Braizen K. Carriere; and his brother Gerald Latiolais.
