With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florine Marie Barrois (Buras, Louisiana), born in Ostrica, Louisiana, who passed away on October 2, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Florine may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marceline Barrios Bono and Frank Barrios; and her siblings, Annie Casbon (David), Eunice Demolle (Numa), Thelma Barrios, Flora Petkovich (Anthony), Harold (Alice), Frank and John. She is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews; 25 great-nieces and nephews; a host of great-great nieces and nephews and great-great-great nieces and nephews, in addition to numerous cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Faith Temple Ministries (37371 Hwy 11, Buras-Triumph, LA 70041). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Our Lady of Good Harbor Cemetery (35736-35748 Hwy 11, Buras, LA 70041).
