He is survived by: his wife Karen McQueen Collins; his mother Alice Henry Collins; his son William Cody Collins; his grandchildren, Kinsley Grace Collins and Gabriel Allen Collins; and his sisters, Ginger Collins Barron (Barry), Judy Collins Howell, Kay Collins Newman (Neil) and Susan Collins Simoneaux (Wade). He is also survived by numerous aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
