He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Quinn Williams and Lalla Rookh Reed Williams; his former wife Myra Cloud Williams; and his siblings, John C. Williams and Elaine Williams Riser.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Hardee Williams; his children, Jimmy S. Williams, Jr. (Loretta), Dalton Glen Williams and Gwendolyn Williams; his stepchildren, Johnny Woods (Myra), Kim Elliot (Mitchell) and Lana Giddings (Gregg); his grandchildren, Jodie, Collin, Matthew, Josh, Brooke, Taylor, Kasey, Steven, Emily, Sloan, Chloe, Mya, Kyle, Katy, Kelli, Dwayne, Aimee and Heather; his sister Janie Williams Beal; and his sister-in-law Claudine Cloud Riehn (Harry Davis). He is also survived by 24 great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 4:30 PM and on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Creston Baptist Church (5315 LA-9, Creston, LA 71070). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Creston Baptist Church Educational Fund, P.O. Box 391, Campti LA, 71411 or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
