She was predeceased by : her husband Jessie Gathe; her parents, Allen Caillier and Fabiola Brothers; and her siblings, Andrew Caillier and Mary Jeffery (Joe).

She is survived by : her children, Sheila Gathe Gale (Ronald) of Carencro and Gerard Gathe (Lucille Bushnell) of Carencro; her grandchildren, Jeremy Jacobs, Jamie Jacobs, Trevor Jacobs, Sr., Sabrina Gathe, Selena Gathe and Gerald Gathe, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Chloe Francis, Carlos Francis, Jeremy Lane Jacobs, Isaiah Jacobs, Kai Jacobs, Jamison Jacobs, Jorsen Gathe, Kiyzer Gathe, Mazen Thompson, Mar'Layni Thompson, Lester Broussard, Torren Jacobs, Taytum Jacobs and Trevor Jacobs, Jr.; her great great grandchild Kaomi Francis; her siblings, Theresa Jeanminette (Clarence) of Arnaudville, Barbara Bassett, Peggy Oppenheimer of Carencro, Laura Wade (Jack Burns) of Hawaii, James Caillier (Jerry) of Lafayette, Louis Caillier (Linda) and Paul Caillier (Hazel); and her sister-in-law Judy Caillier.
