He is survived by: his son Chase Chiarizzio of Hot Springs, AR.; his sister Tracy Brasseaux (Rickey) of Carencro; and his sisters-in-law, Cheryl LeBlanc and Jackie LeBlanc. He is also survived by brothers and parents.
