She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Bell; her children, William Wayne Bell and Donna Marie Bell; and her parents, Warren Seals and Lucy Seals.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Richoux (Ron), Debra Bell, Nicole Penton (Shea), Dennis Keith Bell, Bruce Bell (Madeline), Jeffery Bell and Andre Smith. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
